If you are struggling with obsessive-compulsive behaviour then hypnosis can be one of the most powerful tools you are ever likely to encounter.  Obviously obsessive-compulsive disorders are closely related to anxiety.  Any treatment plan for OCD must first address the generalised anxiety that you will be running.  Then we address the specific issue without having to re-live the trauma. Treatments that aim to focus on the OCD without first dealing with the anxiety are a lot less likely to achieve the desired result.  The protocol that we will work on together is a tried, tested and proven method of dealing with OCD.  The good news is that this is a process you are running and it does not have to become part of your personality for the rest of your life.
