Thank you for checking out my website. I thought that I would let you know that like most of us, I have chosen to make some changes as regards how I do Hypnotherapy due to the virus. I changed from doing face-to-face sessions to online sessions from mid-March.
I made this decision to both protect your health, my health and the health of both of our families. It is fortunate that Hypnosis is one of those modalities that works as well online as it does in person.
You, would make an appointment online, I would send you an automated confirmation and you would attend a session in clinic. We would do the ‘Hypnosis component’ in a comfortable chair in my clinic and then I would send you the recording to listen to daily.
You will book an appointment online. I will send you a Zoom link. We will have the same session as we could normally have in clinic, except you will be in the safety of your own home and we will be communicating via video link.
You will do the ‘Hypnosis component’ in a comfortable chair or bed in your home. I will send you the recording as normal and you will listen to the audio once daily.
Hypnosis has the same level of effectiveness online as it does in a face-to-face setting. In clinic you are in a comfortable space, where you cannot be disturbed and you allow your self to relax deeply while listening to my voice.
The only component that changes with online Hypnosis is that we are seeing each other via video and you are in a comfortable space in your home.
When we work together we will be working on a program. Depending on what you would like changed will depend on which program we choose. While we are working together, we will be in contact every week. One week we do a Hypnosis session together, the alternate week we do a coaching call.
When we have finished the program together, the 6 and 8 week programs both come with an extra months free support. The 12 week program has an extra 2 months support.
